The National Hurricane Center on Monday warned Jamaica’s 2.8 million residents to “seek shelter now” as Category 5 Hurricane Melissa approached the island. The storm was about 140 miles southwest of Kingston with sustained winds of 175 mph, moving west at 3 mph. President Trump said he received an MRI during his latest medical exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and described the results as “perfect.” The president told reporters Monday aboard Air Force One, that the scan was part of his October checkup, conducted six months after his April physical. American Water Works and Essential Utilities announced Monday that their boards approved an all-stock merger valued at $40 billion.
